Michael Gary Orlando is the managing partner of Orlando & Orlando, LLP  With 20 years of experience practicing law, Mr. Orlando handles a wide range of business, commercial, and consumer litigation, in addition to matters involving business transactions, taxation, corporate structuring and restructuring, partnerships, real estate transactions, real estate litigation, and estate planning.  Mr. Orlando has received an AV-Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the national directory of attorneys, indicating that peers rank him at the highest levels of professional excellence and ethical standards.

Mr. Orlando has a broad background in law, business, and accounting.  He was employed by Pannel Kerr Forster for four years, where he developed a detailed familiarity with the accounting and financial systems used by a variety of clients, especially in the hotel and restaurant businesses.  He continued this work as a principal of B.L. Solomon & Associates, C.P.A.s.  From 1979 to 1988, he served as Vice President, Administrator, and Controller of McFaddin Ventures and McFaddin Kendrick, Inc., where he participated in the development of accounting and financial systems for a publicly-traded company and its subsidiaries.  His years in the business world have given him an in-depth understanding of business practices, allowing him to provide a wide range of clients with comprehensive business law services.
